I love their responsive templates because Google ranks them higher because they look great on Desktop, Phone or Tablet. This template in particular came with a lot of stock photos that we could keep in the final product. Even the built in favicon was useful!

Very easy to update and use. Responsive on all devices. Mobile menu works great. Contact form pages works good and very big so its easy for people to read it.
The best part was how easy it was to purchase and install the template. It can also be converted to wordpress via templatetuning from template monster.
Templatemonster support was very helpful whenever I needed help. The pictures loaded smooth too.
