I found this template to be suitable for my needs as it is designed almost exactly as I wanted it, it is built for Magento so I can add the extensions I wanted, and it was fairly priced.
The template was purchased for a personal project that I am working on and I have to admit that it has saved me a GREAT deal of time. I had it set up and running exactly as the demo within 30 minutes or so (and I haven’t worked with Magento for over 3 years now). Added my personal touches and preferences along with the extensions and the project is almost ready to go live. And all in under a few hours total work time.
